Transportation Administrator

Experience/Skills required: Preferably a college diploma or university degree in business or transportation administration, with approximately 3 to 5 years of clerical, operational, or administrative experience related to freight traffic & transportation.

Duties: Assist the Transportation Manager with carrying out operational policies & standards, ensuring compliance with transportation regulations. Dispatch of vehicles, prepare reports for senior management, carry out changes to schedules & policies. Co-ordinating, arranging, and monitoring the transportation and movement of goods. Arrange for shipping documentation and the tracking/tracing of goods in transit.

Salary range: $40,000 - $45,000
