Electrical Designer Electrical Designer 9.12.07 One of our top client companies is seeking an Electrical Designer to join their team. You should have a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, ability to multi-task different phases of projects and a comfort level interacting with a cross-section of personnel within the manufacturing facility. Your ability to meet deadlines and schedules will critical to your success and enjoyment in this role. This is and interesting, challenging role with a well established international company producing specialized machinery. Purpose: To Design and/or prepare Electrical Control System circuits for special purpose machinery and related equipment. Key Responsibilities:  Create and modify electrical drawings using our proprietary CAD systems.  Create and modify bills of material using SAP.  Project manage all electrical concerns per customer work orders and / or retrofit orders.  Provide technical support in solving problems with all of our products.  Clearly document activities and solutions provided.  Feedback of design changes that need to be incorporated into our product standard. Qualifications;  An Electrical Technologist Diploma with 1- 3 related years experience.  In depth knowledge if electrical design, bills of materials systems.  Working knowledge of CSA, UL, NEMA and NFPA electrical codes.  Proficiency in Application programs such as MS Excel, Word, Internet Explorer etc.  Demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly both written and verbal English.  Experience in Drive Technology  Experience with E3-CAD and asset  Ability to travel occasionally This is an excellent opportunity to join a top-notch organization.
