Nortel Meridian Tech Support (Petawawa) Responsibilities are as follows: ·Adds/Moves and Changes on Nortel Meridian Option 11 and Option 81 running latest software release. Would also be required to perform 1st line trouble shooting to include replacement of line cards within the confines of the contract. ·Perform Add/Moves/Changes for Nortel Call Pilot, also first line trouble shooting. ·Knowledge of a Nortel Symposium Call center applications desirable but not essential. ·Required to install Category 6 cabling as required utilizing TBIT standards. ·Installation and maintenance of customer telephone sets. ·Previous PBX installation experience is essential.
