Here are some of the opportunities you can expect at Click Media: • The ability to make a difference in projects for industry leaders, both in terms of client-facing engagements and project development • The chance to join a team which is committed to working closely together to deliver outstanding products and services • The opportunity to actively participate in federally funded R&D projects Key Responsibilities: • Build break-through Flash/Flex software. • Maintain a current, in depth knowledge of leading Web industry tools and techniques relevant to Click Media’s solution set. • Review client requirements and suggest the best ways of addressing them. • Work with account and project teams to come up with solutions that propel our clients’ businesses forward. • Design and develop interfaces, presentation-level content, and completed Web/eLearning solutions. • Support the marketing/sales team with creative concepts and presentations. • Participate in continual review of our solutions and our process to improve results for your team, our clients, and our company. Required Experience and Competencies: • Proven digital media experience in one or more of the following solutions: Flash-driven Web sites, presentation systems, custom software development • Post secondary education in digital media design or development • Minimum 3+ years experience with Flash/Flex (CS2 and/or CS3) • Minimum 3+ years experience with HTML • Excellent ActionScript 2 and/or 3 coding capabilities • Strong JavaScript, HTML, DHTML skills • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop CS3 • Experience integrating XML-based content into Flash presentations • Ability to work with 3D modeling, video editing, audio engineering, motion graphics creation, database management, and SEO Optimization would be considered assets • Smart, self starter who has a passion for customer satisfaction and success • Able to work in a professional yet informal environment and actively contribute to the growth of our company • A strong comfort level working in an entrepreneurial environment that is nimble and flexible and where change is embraced to ensure we are constantly improving our business and solutions to clients The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated high achiever with strong creativity and an ability to leverage both left and right-brain thinking when approaching digital media design and development.
