Bilingual Customer Service Associate (North York, ON) Full-time Permanent North York, ON $35,000 Annually (with FULL Medical & Dental Benefits) Responsibilities: • Handle process and complete all banking transactions that result from the Call Centre’s daily activities which include setting up new accounts, verifying information, entering data on the system and client/account investigation. • Conduct service follow-up call and emails regarding account maintenance, client investigations and all other inquiries. • Reconcile daily processing work. • Resolve banking issues for clients, both internal and external. • Provide information on the policies and procedures. • Liaise with other banking and financial institutions in order to resolve complex client issues. • Ensure that policies and procedures are respected as per the Department’s parameters. • Contribute in the ongoing development of the Department. Qualifications: • Completion of a college or equivalent post-secondary degree. • 1–3 years of related work experience, preferably in the banking industry. • Trust or Banking Institute courses an asset. • Call centre experience an asset. • Bilingualism (French/ English) an asset.
