Senior Support Engineer

The Senior Support Engineer position is one that plays a significant role in the success of the business. This position requires an individual with outstanding communication skills, patience, and strong troubleshooting skills within a windows, web based application environment. Below is an itemized list of responsibilities and the requirements for this position.

Responsibilities:
• Work with Phreesia Experience Coordinators to provide the technical support necessary to recruit, register, install and train physician’s offices and/or practices with the Phreesia system
• Use proactive monitoring procedures to identify opportunities to improve the Physicians use of Phreesia
• Document all customer correspondences both written and verbal, in accordance with Phreesia’s quality of service expectations
• Travel to customer sites to ensure proper setup and training on Phreesia product
• Serve as customer point of contact for the reporting of application bugs and documenting of product enhancement requests
Qualifications:
This is a senior level position that offers the potential, in time, for supervision and management for the right candidate. Individuals with a post-secondary education, a determination to be successful and a willingness to work hard are encouraged to respond.

Experience and Attitude:
 Previous experience in a software or hardware technical support role
 A balance between technical competence and the ability to communicate
 Exposure to the US Medical industry - physicians office in particular
 Self-starter, highly motivated
 Entrepreneurial and enjoys working independently
 Enjoys the challenges of a startup and working in a team environment

Education:
A University or College Degree with a strong focus on technology plus a minimum of 5 years experience in the areas described above.

Skills:
 Professional in appearance, attitude and communications
 Excellent written and verbal skills
 Basic PC skills (MSword, Excel, PPT, eMail)
 Advanced IT skills (.Net, System Admin, XML, SQL, Wireless …)
 Training Experience (face-to-face and online)
 Ability to anticipate and solve problems
 Strong organizational skills
 Ability to travel, possibly on short notice
