Job Responsibilities • Candidate should be able to demonstrate excellent selling, recruiting, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills. • Responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process and selection strategies to continuously and creatively maintain our sourcing pools, account management and business development. • Coordinates the process of recruiting and selecting qualified job candidates in a timely and cost efficient manner for all business units • Developing client relationships and professional leads through networking and community involvement within our specialization • Provide and support creative search solutions to clients • Develop client environments through communication amongst team and with clients to ensure proper placement of associate for positions; assist in candidates career development Qualifications and Skills Required: • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting or related fields • Proven business development experience, or staffing industry experience • Experience using cost effective and diverse recruitment tools • Dynamic, self motivated, enthusiastic and flexible with a "just do it" attitude. • Must be able to take the initiative and operate independently. • Ability to complete all assigned tasks within the required time period • Interested in an opportunity for professional growth and development We offer competitive salary range with commission and annual bonus. | |
