Bilingual Customer Service Representative Working with a large financial institution, 100% responding to inbound customer calls. Responsible for servicing customers with their banking requirements. (i.e., applications for new accounts, banking plans, access cards, money wires, payment of bills, GIC's ) Will be required to meet monthly sales, customer service and productivity targets. Will be using a variety of database systems in a Windows environment, in addition to Lotus Notes. Performing other duties as required. Requirements: - must be fluent in French/English - must score at least 70% on Word and Excel testing - 30 words per minute typing skills - Good credit score: nothing gone to collections - Clear criminal record - If on a work permit, 18 months expiry minimum - High school diploma - Cannot be a real estate agent, insurance broker or financial planner Location: Victoria Pk & Steeles location (Toronto), easily accessible by public transportation Shifts: Shifts will fall anywhere between 6am to midnight, Monday to Sunday, 25- 37.5 hrs per wk Pay: $37,600 per year
