Real Estate Customer Service Coordinator Our Client, a large Real Estate Brokerage located in downtown Toronto, is currently seeking an ambitious, Customer Service oriented individual to join their core team. In this role your customers will be the Real Estate Agents in the office as well as the external customer. This office is fast paced, and requires an individual who is outgoing, professional and highly detail oriented. The successful candidate in this position will have a long career with this growing office. - Monitor service levels to Agents, Public, Customers and Agents from other Brokers - Highly organized and attention to details - Work well within a team, and assist to build the teams spirit - Analytical Skills - Customer Service experience - High initiative - Ability to handle challenging customer situations in a calm manner - Team player. Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm Pay: $35,000 - $40,000 based on experience
