Junior Hardware developer A rapidly growing Waterloo based company has an immediate opening for a junior hardware developer used to working in a mixed signal environment. The ideal candidate would also have direct experience in firmware development in support of newly developed electronic devices, as well as a desire to learn and adapt to rapidly changing technology demands would also be an asset. Qualifications * graduate from Electronics Technology or equivalent * 2 to 5 years experience in test and troubleshoot of new circuit designs * Schematic entry and PCB layout would be an asset * experience in CAD library maintenance would be an asset * familiar with coding in C, assembly, and VHDL or Verilog would be an asset * able to write low level firmware for new hardware designs would be an asset * experience with Altium Designer an asset * able to travel internationally if required
