Bilingual( English/ French) Receptionist


Manage front desk, reception area, mail room, fax, postage machine and meeting rooms
Answer a Meridian phone system and welcome all visitors
Credit invoice distribution, customer statements & cheques
Prepare fax cover sheets, memos, correspondence, reports, labels and other documents
Filing, photocopying, faxing, collating etc.
Act as contact for general office administration and maintenance (lights,heat etc.)
Data Entry into the ICE System and maintain reports
Enter customer orders and process returns through the AS 400 System
Process office invoices and allocate to appropriate budgets
Manage office stationary, supplies, taxi chits and kitchen items
Support H.R. and Customer Service teams as required
Other duties as assigned


Minimum 1 year work experience in a corporate environment
Minimum of 2 years experience within a receptionist role
Fully Bilingual with excellent communication skills in both English and French
Proficient use of MsWord, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Team player, adaptable, outgoing, dynamic (go the extra mile) customer service oriented, multi-tasker, strong work ethic, autonomous, excellent priority and time management skills
