| Customer Service Administrator To act as the key link between the Company’s existing customer base and the provision of service and satisfaction to achieve the Company’s business objectives. Specific Duties and Responsibilities: •Work in a fast paced Call Centre Environment with Canada’s hazardous waste management and industrial services leader •Establish and maintain a high level of customer service with clients – client relationship building skills essential. •Create accurate work orders in company database service order system that reflects client requests. •Match Newalta’s services with client needs by demonstrating knowledge of customers, equipment and waste treatment facilities. •Provide resolution to issues for optimal client satisfaction and ensure maximum goodwill between various Newalta services' departments and clients. •Communicate frequently with all levels of customer service execution Team – customer, sales , logistics, waste treatment facilities to ensure service excellence •Be a part of an essential Team - Team player attitude and superior problem solving skills required •Computer proficiency specifically Microsoft Office, Internet, database software. •Knowledge and demonstrated skill with in-bound and out-bound calls for service in call centre environment. •Customer service oriented – professional and responsive, well spoken. •Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating effectively with internal staff and clients. •Ability to demonstrate multi-tasking skill set. •Knowledge of Canadian, Ontario, and American environmental and transportation regulations, i.e.: T.D.G.A., Reg. 347/558, EPA and TCLP. | |
