Maintenance and Repair Supervisor - Transport Truck Facility Large trucking firm in the West End Of the GTA requires a Maintenance and Repair Supervisor (M&R). This candidate will require the following qualifications: 1) Certified truck and trailer mechanic including Brake certification. 2) Must be hands on as he will be responsible to handle some work ( lights, brake adjustments etc ) 3) Must be computer literate as all inspections and repairs must be entered into our Fleet-wise software. 4) Will be responsible to manage M&R budget and work towards continued cost savings. 5) Will be responsible to manage M&R and PM( preventative maintenance ) on all container chassis fleet ( approx 160 ) and also company trucks ( 10 ). 6) Will work closely with our CFO and report to the president 7) Tools are provided, therefore tools may not be required. 8) Will manage, review and approve all work done by 3rd party mobile vendors.
