| Business Analyst - Entry Level MarketSource, Inc. is a premier provider of integrated sales and marketing solutions to Fortune 500 companies. MarketSource, Inc. is currently seeking a Business Analyst to collect and analyze data for ongoing evaluation of the client's program, assessing the impact of activities, assisting in reporting and data collection from team, create contest metrics and reporting, and work with team on disseminating and tracking sales leads. Duties and Responsibilities: Collect and analyze data for standard reporting, ad-hoc reporting and miscellaneous report requests Standard monthly and quarterly reports Incremental reports Miscellaneous report requests from both internal and client personnel Programs, Sales Initiatives/Contest Reports Provides analytical support by identifying trends and suggest strategies to assist management with decision making Will create PowerPoint presentations for meetings and account reviews Responsible for Data Maintenance and Integrity Maintain and update processes and procedures to maximize efficiencies Evaluate data to ensure validity and accuracy Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: 1 - 2 years of related experience Working knowledge with the Internet and web based data collection and reporting Ability to analyze data and recognize trends Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Basic Access skills a plus Excellent communication skills, organizational skills and computer skills Ability to proactively identify opportunities for improvement. Well organized with proven experience managing multiple projects Ability to meet deadlines with little supervision Excellent communication skills written and verbal Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent work experience MarketSource offers competitive compensation, excellent growth opportunity and comprehensive benefits for full time employees, including medical, dental and vision.
