| Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant Seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant for our office in Mississauga, ON. Primary duties include: • answering incoming customer calls • order entry • invoicing and billing • process credit cards • prepare bank deposits • mail catalogues • outbound telemarketing calls • assist in rental, repair, and sales activities • shipping and receiving duties The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: • 3-5 years customer service/administrative experience • excellent interpersonal and customer service skills • professional telephone skills • advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel • technical knowledge an asset • bilingual (French/English) an asset • shipping and receiving experience is helpful | |
