Bilingual Inside Sales Representative Job Description: The Inside Sales Representative position will be responsible for servicing our clientele within an assigned geographic territory. The candidate will assist customers in analyzing and recommending modifications to our products and services, observing possible opportunities for sales upgrades, reaching assigned sales goals and developing solid relationships with existing customers through constant contact as well as introducing Applied Systems to new customers. Le candidat aidera nos clients dans l’analyse et les recommandations de modifications relatives à nos produits et services, tout en considérant les possibilités de ventes de mise à jour, pour atteindre les objectifs des ventes et développer une relation solide avec les clients existants par un contact constant et en même temps présenter Applied Systems à de nouveaux clients. Required Skills: All successful applicants will meet the following qualifications: Ability to speak, write and read English and French fluently B.A/B.S in Business, Sales, or Marketing or equivalent work experience At least one year successful sales experience Knowledge of the Insurance industry is an Asset All successful applicants will encompass the following characteristics: Strong problem solving ability You must be enthusiastic, committed and pursue self development Knowledge of the insurance industry is an asset Multi-tasking capabilities and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment A team player as well as have the ability to listen, to accept responsibility, and to cooperate and communicate with others to accomplish goals.
