| Sales Representative (Property Management) REF # 111098 Experience / Skills Required: The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years experience in the following areas; inside/outside sales, property management, landscaping and construction and has dealt with retail plazas and high end residential real estate. Along with your excellent customer service skills you will have the ability to conduct quality presentations and have general knowledge of current building codes and working with budgets. Duties: The Property Manager will be responsible for the purchasing and selling of landscape products and services, producing estimates, negotiating and presenting prices to customers in commercial and residential settings. Industry / Client: A growing leader that provides a variety of products and services to clients across the GTA, creating a “one stop shop”, within the property management industry. Location: Work can be done from a home office, required to visit office 2 days per week in Uxbridge. Salary Range: Base salary of $40,000 - $50,000 + Commission + car allowance + benefits. | |
