SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

Job Description

The Support Technician is responsible for assisting customers experiencing difficulties or problems with software, hardware and/or peripheral products purchased from Applied Systems, Inc.

Required Skills
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Experience working with personal computers.
• At least one year of experience using Microsoft Operating Systems/Application
